Click the red stop button to stop the recording.

Make sure your speakers are turned on.

If this sample lesson goes too fast, simply click the stop button and then, when you’re ready, begin again by clicking the blue speaker button. Keep in mind that you may need to listen to this recording several times to fully understand it. That is the way my service is designed, so that you can play back the instructions as many times as you want or need to until you feel comfortable that you can do it on your own. Do you already have a picture of your own that you think would make a nice background?

Is this picture already saved somewhere on your hard drive?

For pictures that are saved in your "My Pictures" folder or elsewhere on your computer, there is a great shortcut that's even easier than the instructions in the audio sample above.

Locate the picture you want to use and simply right click on it. Then, select the option that says "Set as Desktop Background".

That's it! Now close (or minimize) any open windows and enjoy your new personalized background!
